Patti Coulter is the Owner of PC Home Loans with 18 years in the home loan industry. Her first 10 years were as a loan officer and processor. The past 8 years she has been a Mortgage Broker with her own company PC Home Loans.
Patti is a native of San Diego, but has lived in Santa Cruz County for the past 25 years.
Patti is married to Don Coulter and has two children. Kyle and Janelle Coulter both are attending college in southern california.
Patti has been a high jump coach in Santa Cruz county for the past 25 years.

An alumni of Pepperdine University, Michelle Sabins has over 10 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Working with institutions such as Bank of America and Citibank, she has helped clients in the Malibu, Brentwood, and San Diego areas. Michelle is a licensed real estate salesperson, and has the experience and knowledge to help her clients meet their financial goals.
Michelle and her husband live in San Diego, and are raising their first son born in August of 2006.
